Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
